Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record scaling SaaS products to $100M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Quantum Computing (e.g., IBM Quantum) or AI Ethics
