Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and their potential impact on our industry and society by 2026.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for the adoption of new technologies, including AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future technologies into our product portfolio and business operations.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, academics, and innovators to stay at the cutting edge.
- Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concepts to validate the feasibility of emerging technologies.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation through technology innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in technology strategy or innovation.
- Proven track record of identifying and evaluating emerging technologies and driving their adoption.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing strategic roadmaps and business cases for new technologies.
- Deep knowledge of at least one emerging technology area (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.).
- Preferred: Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) and/or experience in a leadership role in technology innovation.
