Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to cultivate future-thinking culture
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, engineering, or business strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and prototyping frameworks
