- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to prototype and validate future solutions
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technology shifts
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of launching successful technology products or services with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications across multiple industries
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite boards and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M and cross-functional teams of 20+
- Certification in emerging technology domains (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI) preferred
