- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and private partnerships
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies with 50+ filings/year
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and Board of Directors quarterly
- Mentor a team of 12 PhD-level researchers and engineers
- Monitor emerging tech disruptions through global intelligence networks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ products)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Executive-level stakeholder management with Fortune 500 companies
- Security clearance eligibility for federal tech initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global partnerships
