Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate and prioritize innovation initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical frameworks affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating tech trends into actionable business strategies
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex technical and market factors
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to C-suite and technical teams
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, CTO) desirable
