Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption timelines and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or venture capital with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record in launching technologies with 3+ year market horizons
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
