- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation across moonshot projects
- Author thought leadership publications in Nature Technology Review
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI systems from lab to production
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy landscapes
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, and EU Horizon Europe programs
- Certification in sustainable technology frameworks (e.g., TCFD)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
