Responsibilities

- Present future-focused insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Oversee technology roadmapping and prioritize R&D investments based on future impact
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting innovation landscapes
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic technology adoption and market disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and driving strategic change
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMP)
