Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory landscapes to ensure strategic compliance and advantage
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and future-focused design thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive technology products or services
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and external investors
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating technology trend analysis and strategic recommendations
