Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic implementation by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Analyze competitive landscapes and technological disruptions to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into development pipelines
- Monitor regulatory impacts on emerging technologies and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, IoT, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite executives
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
- Certification in technology management or strategic foresight (e.g., CTO, CFRO) preferred
