You'll translate technological trends into actionable business strategies while maintaining a deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, and sustainable tech ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive trends in quantum, AI, and biotech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Manage innovation portfolio budget and ROI tracking for future tech initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate tech)
- Proven track record of launching successful future-tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past innovation projects and impact metrics
