- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders

- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to quantify market opportunities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of launching innovative products/services
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, CDIO)
