Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution and company vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Analyze global tech trends to identify competitive advantages and disruptive threats
- Develop implementation frameworks for next-gen solutions across enterprise and consumer sectors
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and ROI
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certification in strategic innovation management (e.g., CSM, PMP with tech focus)
- Experience scaling technologies from prototype to enterprise-level deployment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and trend forecasting tools
