As part of our elite R&D division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, AI pioneers, and sustainability experts to develop next-gen frameworks in quantum computing, biotech integration, and climate-positive tech. You'll lead cross-functional teams to prototype and commercialize technologies that will shape the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead development of prototype labs for emerging tech validation (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech innovations with business objectives and ESG goals
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Build and lead a team of 15+ futurists, engineers, and domain experts
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies (target: 10+ patents/year)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech, or synthetic biology
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams and budgets >$3M
- Portfolio of launched products/services with $50M+ market impact
- Active membership in World Economic Forum or IEEE Future Directions committees
