Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop comprehensive roadmaps for technology adoption across 3-5 year horizons
- Partner with R&D teams to translate strategic insights into actionable innovation projects
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory impacts on future tech ecosystems
- Build cross-functional coalitions to drive technology implementation and adoption
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a $2M+ innovation budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
