Responsibilities

- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers and product teams
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Monitor ethical implications and societal impact of emerging tech
- Drive adoption of future-proof systems across organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Strong analytical and scenario-planning skills
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Master's degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
