Responsibilities
- Develop forward-looking technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and 2026 strategic objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout and integrate disruptive startups
- Author thought leadership on future-tech implications for industry 4.0
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least two cutting-edge products/services
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum systems, or sustainable tech
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI and TCO analysis
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investors
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., FTI, APF) highly desirable
