Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record launching 3+ market-disrupting products (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, decentralized systems, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Harvard Business Review, or equivalent
