Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation technologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive competitive analysis and identify first-mover opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies and trend analysis
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- MBA or advanced degree in technology/science preferred
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments
