- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact and ROI on innovation investments
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth startup experience
