Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, scientists, and business strategists
- Identify and integrate breakthrough technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Secure strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and global innovation hubs
- Present to C-suite and Board on tech disruption opportunities
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with 30% annual ROI target
- Develop future-proof IP portfolio with 50+ patents filed by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent with 12+ years in tech strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Expertise in at least 2 of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neural interfaces
- Executive experience at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Patents or major tech awards (Turing, IEEE, etc.)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
