Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions in immersive environments
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business vision
- Drive innovation through hackathons, patent filings, and thought leadership
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets with measurable ROI on experimental projects
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy discussions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching products with 1M+ users or $10M+ revenue
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping tools
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
