Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing) and assess commercial viability
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across business units
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech vendors
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting innovation
- Drive R&D budget allocation and resource optimization for future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles within tech or consulting firms
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services in emerging tech
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, IoT, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTP) preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and startup environments
