Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of scaling quantum/AI solutions to enterprise level
- Expertise in policy frameworks governing emerging technologies (NIST, IEEE)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on disruptive innovations
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Implementation (STI-2026)
