Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, generative AI) for competitive advantage integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and regulatory impacts
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to scout breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future tech domains
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech fields (quantum, AR/VR, AI, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into business strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFS or IFTF)
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- MSc/MBA in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
