Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and develop strategic adoption roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible innovation and ethical tech deployment
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure innovation pipeline success and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrated impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, neuromorphic computing, decentralized systems)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
