- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive technology landscapes and regulatory shifts
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in emerging tech frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., APMP, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio of published industry trend analyses
