- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders

- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership, and industry collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts to actionable strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional tech implementation projects
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem preferred
