- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Develop strategic frameworks to integrate futuristic innovations into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of next-gen technologies
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum, AI, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with systems thinking capabilities
