Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Design strategic frameworks for integrating next-gen innovations into existing product portfolios
- Present technology forecasts and implementation strategies to C-suite executives and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to secure early access to breakthroughs
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for technology adoption and ethical implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing future-forward technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Experience with technology lifecycle management from research to commercialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certifications in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, INSEAD)
