Responsibilities

- Design and implement innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board members with actionable investment recommendations
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capital firms
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption pathways
- Develop KPI systems to measure innovation ROI and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum, biotech, AI)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
