Responsibilities

- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and competitor innovations to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage an ecosystem of startups, academic institutions, and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership, workshops, and technology scouting programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
