- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability for 2026+ markets
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future tech trends into actionable product features
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation strategies
- Drive internal culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical executives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization strategies
