- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and neurotech advancements
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with commercialization potential
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to C-suite executives
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech product development
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AR/VR
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products to market
- Experience with venture capital funding cycles and technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
