Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and Web3 infrastructure
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (2026-2030) and assess commercial viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Mentor innovation teams in agile futures methodologies and speculative design thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading quantum/AI/Web3 initiatives at enterprise scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published research or patents in disruptive technologies (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in scenario planning
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
