Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies for potential acquisition/partnership
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage a global network of technology innovators and research institutions
- Oversee R&D investments in future-focused projects with multi-year horizons
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology adoption and governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
