Qualifications

- Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or MBA with tech focus

- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Experience with federal tech innovation programs (e.g., DARPA, NSF)
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM)
