Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead research and prototyping of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Present strategic tech insights to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Build and manage a network of industry futurists and academic partners
- Drive ethical tech adoption frameworks for responsible innovation
- Forecast market disruption vectors and recommend preemptive strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation (preferred)
