Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain external partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of strategic tech experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation and implementation
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
