Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present compelling technology narratives to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring technological adoption and ROI for futuristic initiatives
- Mentor R&D teams in translating theoretical concepts into viable commercial products
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Experience developing multi-year roadmaps for Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional) or equivalent strategic planning
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Track record of launching at least one breakthrough technology product/service
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystems
