- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, product) to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies to ensure compliance and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, or quantum computing domains
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals
