Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Lead market analysis for emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, Web4.0)
- Develop innovation frameworks for sustainable tech deployment
- Partner with VPs of Product to align tech initiatives with business goals
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior strategists and foster cross-departmental collaboration
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Certification in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Experience scaling teams through hyper-growth phases
