Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor technologies to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate development of next-gen solutions
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or product development
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, IoT, blockchain)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., Prosci, HPI) or technology foresight
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation
