Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and manage an external innovation ecosystem with startups, academia, and research labs
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through change management programs
- Quantify ROI of innovation initiatives and secure executive buy-in
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
