Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, including quantum adoption and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive technologies in our innovation lab
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) and assess commercial viability
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire promising startups in emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking for futuristic solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech, or space tech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with $10M+ revenue impact
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation communities (e.g., Singularity University, IEEE Future Directions)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
