Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for innovation initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech disruptions and recommend proactive adaptation strategies
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, neurotech, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFMP, SFI) preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio of published thought leadership on future tech trends
