Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI governance frameworks
- Analyze emerging tech patents and market disruptors to identify strategic opportunities
- Partner with sustainability teams to create carbon-negative tech solutions
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets for experimental tech incubation
- Represent the company at Davos and Web3.0 summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or AI ethics
- Published research in Nature or IEEE journals preferred
- Experience scaling technologies from lab to market
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global partnerships
