Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in next-gen technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and industry panels
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
