Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy aligned with organizational vision
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and industry partners
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and conference presentations
- Monitor global tech policy implications affecting innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
